ipod nano 4Gb
i have just updated my nano to the new software and now all i get is the welcome screen then when i press any button it resets and i get the apple logo. i have reset it formated it done everything on the apple site but nothing works. Can anyone help?
You could try the upgrade
You could try the upgrade again. Also did you try the restore. Restore will return it to factory settings and will also erase your music. When you resynch your music will be reinstalled on your iPod assuming you have it in your iTunes library.

my ipod is totally frozen and although it can still play music the scroll button isnt working so i cant control what songs it plays and when it turns on or off

MINE DID SOMETHING LIKE THAT, THOUGH MINE WOULDN'T TURN ON AT ALL. I PLUGGED IT IN TO THE PATCH CORD FOR THE COMPUTER (THE ONE YOU USE TO UPDATE WHAT YOU HAVE STORED ON YOUR IPOD) AND IT JUST STARTED WORKING OKAY AFTER THAT. SEEMS KINDA SIMPLE AND YOU PROBABLY HAVE ALREADY TRIED THIS, BUT THOUGHT I WOULD OFFER THE SUGGESTION. GOOD LUCK!!
