Moved Music from C drive to Hard Disc..itunes not recognising ipods now ??

i moved all my music from my c drive to a new hard drive to clear space but now my imusic dosent recognise the two iopods i had registered on it and says i have to delete all music ...but my music is now on new hard drive ????
