Music missing on iPod nano
Hi,
My daughter has a 3rd generation Nano that has been working fine until today. She plugged it into her ASUS EEEPC just to charge it (this PC does not have itunes), and when she took it off the PC it said that she did not have any music on the IPod, instead it shows 4.3 Gig of "other" media.
Is there a way I can get her material back ? Unfortunately she did not back it up to a disk...................
thanks
jon
It is unlikely the music has
It is unlikely the music has been deleted. I would suggest try to reset iPod
I w2ould also try to plug it into the computer whre you have iTunes installed. Assuming your daughter didn't delete her music from her iTunes library your iPod should resync and might be OK even before you try to reset it.
Having had a computer crash
Having had a computer crash Itunes library was lost across 2 ipods (a 4G nano and 30G classic). On the smaller one wiped the memory but now onlyholds 280 songs when it had been over 1,000 before. Any ideas? Also any ideas on how to get the songs on the classic transferred back from ipod to iTunes library? Thanks
