Troubleshooting iTunes

Trouble with your iTunes software on windows and Mac occur frequently enough that we thoug we would collect some of the best advice and solutions Apple has to offer. Also included in  this collection are iTunes Store issues that seem to come up.

• Can't connect to the iTunes Store If iTunes cannot access the iTunes Store, it might display this alert message:
  "Cannot connect to the iTunes Store. An unknown error has occurred." Click on the description below that most closely matches your iTunes Store situation....
