new ipod nano. only shows apple icon on screen
I bought a new ipod nano. It connected to computer ok and synced music but all I can see on the screen is the apple logo. I can hear the music playing but can't see any menus

I've got the same problem,
I've got the same problem, but haven't even added any tunes yet. Have you gotten any help somewhere else? All I can get is the apple logo. Very sad. Very frustrated.
