I have three ipods; itouch 32 gb, 2nd generation nano, and a 3rd generation shuffle. The shuffle is brand new. I was trying to put songs on it for my mom but iTunes never found it. I tried all of my USB ports with each ipod. I also uninstalled/reinstalled iTunes several times, restarting my PC .. Any suggestions!Please help ASAP, we are going on vaction in a few days and we all three need these to be working to get along ;)
