Recently my Ipod was charging through my laptop which was unplugged. The laptop battery randown and the laptop powered down. Once i powered up the laptop again, messages came up indicating that ITunes needed to reconfigure the Ipod. Further messages said that the Ipod was not responding and then the 'error 26' appeared on the Ipod screen.Now, the Ipod does not respond at all, black screen, and laptop wont recharge it because even when connected through usb it is not being picked up at all. HELP! it is only a new purchase.... :S
