My itunes wont let me update my ipod touch. If i go to the menu with my ipod info and click 'update' a window pops up and dissapears. I think i need to click the continue in that bubble to get it started but I can't click it fast enough or it doesnt register my click. Everytime i click help in the tool bar on itunes, a window labeled "about itunes" comes up. I really need help! I plugged my netbook laptop into a LAN cable to make it faster but it wont help.
