I just installed itunes on a new computer. I'm unable to edit any song information. All of the fields are grayed out(after going into "get info"). Also, I'm unable to paste album artwork for the songs where the artwork was not downloaded.

OS is Vista and itunes version is 8.2.0.23.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
